Initiatives
Operation Get Done is helping the Haitien people help themselves. It's
current project is to create, structure, and grow a self-sufficient
Haitian-run NGO. This organization is called "An Nou Yonn Ede Lot" which
means "Let's Help Each Other" in Creole. It was started in mid-February
of 2010 and already has a core group of twenty Haitian volunteers. The
current projects of An Nou Yonn Ede Lot include:

Food distribution to earthquake victims.

Facilitating psychiatric care for earthquake victims.

Creating solutions to avoid potential deaths by destructing/supporting large boulders on the hillsides around Cap Haitien which are prone to falling into the city.

Promoting small-scale agricultural projects to improve the local economy and make food more accessable to the people.

Teaching English and professional trades to the people.
